Teen Yoga Classes
Yoga provides powerful ways of dealing with stress for teenagers in their personal, family and social lives by teaching them simple techniques to reduce tension and increase calm in all situations.
This is transformative as it empowers them to engage more fully in their personal lives, school and society
You can use your Active Kids voucher from 2023 to pay for the term in full. In order to use your voucher, send an email to [email protected] with
your teens name
your teens date of birth
the number of the Active kids voucher that you'd like to use

Please use hand hygiene before and after class
You will be expected to clean your mat after use, or bring your own equipment.
All communal equipment will be cleaned after use
